- Decline service based on health and safety considerations
3. Booking & Appointments
3.1 Booking Process
- Appointments must be booked in advance
- A deposit may be required for booking
- Completion of health history form required
- Consultation may be required before certain services
3.2 Cancellation Policy
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations
- Late cancellations subject to 75$ fee
- No-shows charged $75 fee
- Repeated cancellations may result in pre-payment requirement

- Quoted prices valid for 30 days
- Deposit requirements vary by service

- Deposits are non-refundable

- Single-use tools where applicable
- Clean and sanitized environment
- Licensed and certified technician
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 Pre-Treatment
- Arrive at appointments on time
- Follow all pre-treatment instructions
- Avoid certain medications/supplements as advised
- Attend required consultations
6.2 Post-Treatment
- Follow all aftercare instructions
- Attend follow-up appointments
- Report any adverse reactions promptly
- Complete recommended touch-up sessions
7. Results & Satisfaction

7.2 Satisfaction Policy
